Nov 04, 2015OH WOW! Thanks so much for registering your find, we appreciate it a lot; the kids are thrilled! . I can’t believe it made it across the Atlantic Ocean in such a short time. Thank you for tossing it back in the next time you’re by the coast.

Message: Greetings to the Lyons family! You maybe surprised to hear your bottle has made it all the way to the UK. We have just spent a weekend holiday in Dorset in the SW of the UK, where we found your bottle whilst walking on the rocky shore at Lyme Regis. This area in part of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, that is renowned for the fossils that can be found here. You can see a large ammonite fossil in the photo. We have now returned home to the SE of the UK and will return your bottle to the sea next time we go to the coast.
